I have received two requests to review this product, but I have received no contact from the company--and certainly no shoes--after waiting 18 days. I am in the US, so I expected something of a wait, but I had hoped for a shipping notification by now, at least.

I bought a pair of black leather wingtips from Stravers in EU size 37, as I have small feet and typically cannot find men's shoes that fit. Although I live in the U.S., shipping from the Netherlands was fast (<2 weeks). The quality of the shoes is excellent, and the size fit perfectly. They're super comfortable; worth every cent. I ordered a second pair in a larger size just in case, and returning them was also very straightforward and I was refunded <10 days later. Overall I strongly recommend Stravers for people who struggle to find certain shoe sizes, and I personally plan on ordering a second pair soon.

This is the second pair I have bought (not due to wear and tear but colour change. ) They fit as expected and are of high quality, the delivery is always fast and well packaged.

I'm an EU size 34, and have always struggled to find shoes that actually fit me, especially heels. I've searched for years for heeled boots like these, and I'm delighted I've finally found them! I bought a size 33 sandal. I will keep them. Problem is people with small feet do not necessarily have narrow feet. I will have to enlarge them. I wish you had more choice in shoes that are not boots or flats nor high heels. 2 to 3.5 cms . But modern at the same time. I will keep your site checked to see what comes. Thank you.

Bought many pairs of shoes over the years, would be helpful to have a user login profile so as to make future purchases easier, as well as being able to track past and current orders.

I asked customer service for advice on which boots to fit me, they replied early the next working day, their advice was excellent. The delivery by post was fast and discrete. The product exactly what I asked for.

I ordered a size 35 but the moment I took the shoes out of the box I could see that they were going to be too big. They were more like a size 36 or even a 36.5. I was extremely disappointed with the large size as I haven't encountered a size 35 coming up this large before. I tried putting insoles to improve the fit as I didn't want to go to the trouble of returning them. If I had ordered a size 34 they would have been fine. Unfortunately the shoes have quite a shallow upper and as a result I felt as though my foot was pushed too far vertically upwards (if that makes any sense). I can probably wear them with the insoles but it is feels as though my foot will come out at any moment which doesn't make for a very comfortable experience. I had purchased these for work due to the heel height of 6cm which works out just right for my feet, but they are unlikely to be worn very much, if at all.

I paid for a pair of boots 176,95€ + paid for express delivery***from the 29/12/2020 T’was meant to arrive in 2 working days out of weekend . Till to date we are on the 13/01/2021 am RUMMING and begging for my Delivery. They took it to another Destination different from mine in a certain province very far from PARIS my ACTUAL ADRESSE which i had Very well and clearly PRECISIZED until my door number and floor image « @If u need the prove DHL EXPRESS Bordereau N•1391371730 STRAVERS shoes » The worste i payed thro PAYPAL Whom to date when i try to communicate ONLY A ROBOT ANSWERS and never find me any solutions I need really help coz am not ready to give up at all I need either they refund the 180€++ this is ( plus delivery price) and wasting of my time trying to get solutions by myself ( brains damage) This is my original problem with them to date and i regret for such carelessness from them.

They have been amazing to work with , when you have to exchange for different size they take great care to make sure you are happy That’s says a lot for how far away they are from Washington state USA
