Good communication and fast solving problems

We are very sastisfied with ATC. Few things that we would like you to improve. 1. faster results after ending of auction. we have 2 day to make payment, and sometimes we must wait for few days for results and in that period we can not make any new bids, because we can not allow to ourselves to break our budget. especially on International car leasing, we made offer on tuesday, we recieve results on friday - that is very anoying. 2. we understand that you must do paperwork through germany, but this long wainting period for pick up is also a little bit anoying.

Automotive Trade Center ist an sich nicht schlecht. Vorteilhaft ist die Ansprechperson, welche sich um uns kümmert. Die Erreichbarkeit konnte jedoch verbessert werden. Manche Angelegenheiten müssen zeitlich gelöst werden und da hilft nur eine direkte telefonische Erreichbarkeit.

Am platit factura pentru autoturismul cu numarul 6-SJP-63 dupa care am primit alta factura pentru acelasi autoturism cu o suma mai mica. Am rugat sa se modifice adresa firmei ca este gresita dar nu am primit factura modificata. Am platit masina de 2 saptamani si nu am primit mail de ridicare.

Everthing is good

We like the plaform and how the cars are inspected. But unfortunately the cars al also on other platform like ADESA and we dont have exclusivity for bidding. On ADESA are a lot of GHOST COMPANY and they bid more then us,the normal companies that we pay taxes . We like ATC. Best regards

Mostly I am very pleased with your services. Your answers are fast, you replay in good time offering quality and profesionalism. On the other hand, I did not offer you the last half of the 5th rating star because there have been times when, after a bid and after I won the car, I got informed about damages and issues that were not present at the bidding moment. That is the only thing I would recomand a change to, otherwise all is very good.

To get car pick up notice takes a lot of time, still waiting 2 of them. Also, can not pick up without these, VWE company policy do not let to send documents afterwards. For example, ALD automotive manage do give car out car with 2-3 days after payment. Have also heard that some car lease companies sell with the same bid price car to other platform. Lately I Have lost a lot of cars which I really wanted, that is why there would be some suggestion/estimated/reserve price suggestion from system. Also last year I had one claim which I got compensated because it was clear hidden defect - to sum up, it was very long process for the claim which was so clear seller. Finally about CMR upload, I really tried to scan copies etc (I have all of them), but thanks to the copy it was hard to read and you did not like them. As I have done this before for German company, they let me write statement when and where I received cars with signature - they were happy with this solution. Really hope to see gift for honest feedback/suggestion.

Releasing the car for transport after payment was faster, at the moment it is a complication for us. Otherwise everything is ok Thank you
