Good to bid directly on the company,hope in the future to see only here your cars,except on other intermediary like ADESA,because there all the "dealers" can register even they dont have any stock yard or a showroom,and the documents the company ask for registration is very poor,so they dont care if the company/dealers are TRUSTED OR NOT. I make my point,wish you all the best and hope to make more bussines.

We area working with your company about 5 year. Everything is ok, but now we see only 1-auction in Automotive Trade Center.

De communicatie via telefoon is soms veel minder . Soms word je van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd . Anders verloopt het verkoopproces meestal goed.

No se preocupan del cliente, mi experiencia a sido muy negativa. No contestan a los mail, tardan dias y hay que insistir. Las entregas de los coches un desastre, tardan muchisimo en autorizar la recogida del coche, lo pagas y pasan 20 días y no te entregan el coche. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA DE COMPRA.

good page, very explicit, good quality, good attention, good seriousness. to put some but 2 things to improve: - The waiting time for the vehicle withdrawal authorization is much higher than any other auction or company. -The transportation of vehicles is not feasible to contract since it is excessively expensive, at least to our country, there is no way to request transportation for several vehicles

We are working with VWE for a quite long time, I would rate this Company 5 stars if some document arranging terms and some other small issues were solved. The overall experience is satisfying us, they have got a professional team who is always ready to help, some delays in getting the information happen but we always consider the fact that there is a huge amount of work that needs to be done, I wish our customers could also share our opinion, but it is not always so )). Keep up the good work and we all await till your internal improvements will be implemented soon and our collaboration becomes more efficient and predictable.

My experience with VWE is good in general, but customer service is not, they do not answer emails quickly, days left, there is no quick contact. I think they should improve on this.

The communication with the staff is quick and this is for us the most important. Vehicles are very well checked and so there is not a lot claims. And if there is it is quickly resolved by your staff.
