Our collaboration with the Automotive Trade Center company is about 5 months, and we can say that we have a pleasant experience so far, cars that correspond to evaluations, cars that are technically and aesthetically good.

Au début, j'étais un peu septique quant à pouvoir acheter des voitures via votre plate forme et ce, avec des prix correct pour notre marché mais au final, cela reste intéressant pour l'achat de certaines marques et type bien précis. Cela étant dit, il serait plus qu'intéressant de pouvoir enlever les voitures plus rapidement sans devoir attendre que l'immatriculation Allemande soit réalisée ce qui, serait encore plus attractif pour nous. Par la suite, votre service documents pourrait nous envoyer ceux-ci par courrier spécial ou autres. Ce système pourrait nous faire acheter un peu plus sur votre plate-forme.

The people are nice, cars are mostly in very good condition, but paperworks take a bit too long, sometimes up to a month from buying to registrating in our country.

I like the working method in your company, but the authorization to pick up the vehicles should be faster.

I was looking for a large car offer on one site and in the end I found VWE. The concern is the delay in obtaining documents that blocks cars waiting for delivery. For the rest, everything is going well.

Since I started this partnership, I found at you a wide range of interesting and tempting offers . This and your competitive prices, made us consider you as being in top of our choice. There are only some minor negative exceptions through all our history (for example: late pick up authorisation ). Nevertheless, We are following your offers daily.

In most cases VWE treats all operations normally. It takes time to get a pick up. However, payments should be done quickly. It frozen our capital. Last month we had a very disappointing situation. We did not expect that from VWE. We picked up a car in Amsterdam. A driver of that transport company made photos to fix Not normal damages of that car: traces on its roof that were made during transportation inside Netherland. So, it was proved that it was responsibility of VWE in front of our company. However, VWE refused to reimbursed us the damage. VWE answered us that it was according to a contract. It could be! However, it is still NOT fair.

Our experience with your company has been very positive. The site is easy to use. Fast responses when help is needed. The only bad thing is that sometimes not all damages on the car are shown. All claims are resolved in the minimum time.

Overall experience is very good, we are satisfied with services we get from VWE Company, the VWE Team is friendly and it is easy to communicate and solve any difficulties that appear on the way. Some improvements could be done in description of the technical data of the cars, some damage reports could be more informative, but we truly understand that with such capacity of work it is quite difficult to satisfy every single trader.
