Since I started this partnership, I found at you a wide range of interesting and tempting offers . This and your competitive prices, made us consider you as being in top of our choice. There are only some minor negative exceptions through all our history (for example: late pick up authorisation ). Nevertheless, We are following your offers daily.

Very good selection of cars and easy to use website.

In most cases VWE treats all operations normally. It takes time to get a pick up. However, payments should be done quickly. It frozen our capital. Last month we had a very disappointing situation. We did not expect that from VWE. We picked up a car in Amsterdam. A driver of that transport company made photos to fix Not normal damages of that car: traces on its roof that were made during transportation inside Netherland. So, it was proved that it was responsibility of VWE in front of our company. However, VWE refused to reimbursed us the damage. VWE answered us that it was according to a contract. It could be! However, it is still NOT fair.

Our experience with your company has been very positive. The site is easy to use. Fast responses when help is needed. The only bad thing is that sometimes not all damages on the car are shown. All claims are resolved in the minimum time.

Overall experience is very good, we are satisfied with services we get from VWE Company, the VWE Team is friendly and it is easy to communicate and solve any difficulties that appear on the way. Some improvements could be done in description of the technical data of the cars, some damage reports could be more informative, but we truly understand that with such capacity of work it is quite difficult to satisfy every single trader. Positive side is that VWE is growing up and we can find there more and more cars. It is good point of view on future cooperation. The cooperation is without of language barriers (the special thanks to Dorota Olchawa :))

To improve and my suggestions is: 1. Please remove the old cars from your system. It is very nervous, when we put in the offer to your system and after that we have information that the car was sold one month ago.. 2. Sometimes very important informations about the car are hidden by your dealers – it should be forbidden and unacceptable. The buyer has this information after offer and usualy doesn’t want to buy the car. 3. To develop VWE business it is worth to create the API connection. 4. Where you have view of your dealers please inform about the sort of auction. We have to go inside to know about the details – we would like to notice the auction with minimum price or buy now immediately. 5. After putting the offer we would like to know if our offer is the best or not without waiting to the end of auction. In this way we can have fast information and we are able to use the money on another car. 6. I suggest to create the sort of auction where the best offer will be appear..
