Received damaged open box exhaust and the exchange has been impossible
I received a damaged exhaust that had been opened prior to my purchase. It’s also missing hardware. I contacted Choppershop to exchange, but it’s been an incredible challenge. At first, they didn’t respond to my emails for a return / exchange. I had to send multiple emails. Then, when they did respond, they only addressed the return. No information about an exchange. I continuously asked about the exchange, in literally 10 emails, and no one has responded to this query. The only response I received is a query if I received the shipping label. I have. The issues is not the shipping label anymore. It’s that no one is advising if they will send a new exhaust to me or not. I sent 10 emails about an exchange for a new exhaust and no one responds to this query! I do not recommend doing business with this retailer.
