Stillawaiting the parcel being delivered !
I write to Plutosport because I do not receive my parcel in 10 days.
They send me an e-mail 48h later saying "you (me) have to contact the postal service to find your parcel & you have to chase up the problem".
Plutosport then send me another e-mail 4 hours later to say "Hello, you have your parcel for several days now. How is it, can you comment on Kiyoh"?
When I look at DPD website it tells me my parcel is still at the depot in Holland (it is being sent to France) & if somebody responded to this at Plutosport they would know this but instead they send automated e-mails.
Today (Jan 3rd) after another message to Plutosport they return me an e-mail saying "hello, today, Dec 31st we close at 15h, tomorrow, Jan 1st we are closed. But today is not Dec 31st today is Jan 3rd so the automated e-mail has not been updated in 4 days !
In contrast 100% via UPS send me a parcel at the same period of time in 2 days.
Very bad service, mainly by the postal company DPD who have not delivered anywhere near on time however I did not choose the postal service & so it is the responsibility of Plutosport to make their game better & to be more responsive to their clientele.
Obviously I cannot recommend either Plutosport or DPD to my friends or family as I do not want them to have the same bad experience !
