Thank you for your review! I'm happy to hear you value our service and shipping times! And you are absolutely correct on the sustainability aspect. A big part of our assortment is sustainable, but not all of our products are as sustainable as we would like them to be. That is why we filter these with the green logos which you can see on the collection pages, to make sure you can make a sustainable choice.
For example, Sandqvist and Ucon Acrobatics are very sustainable and take care of the materials used for their backpacks, how things are produced and shipped and under which circumstances they are produced (wages/working conditions). Rains on the other hand isn't as sustainable yet as we would like, although they are working on it. We try to inform our customers of this as well with correct product information and the sustainability logos of course, but if you have any specific questions we are more than happy to help out!
