I'm sorry you feel that way. You ordered your backpack on Friday and asked us on Monday morning why the tracking of your package to France wasn't showing an update yet. We informed you that trackings to France will become active after 1 or 2 working days and that we would expect it to be live on Tuesday. If you feel we brushed you off with this information, I'm really sorry but we couldn't have informed you any differently.
As expected, on Tuesday early morning the tracking came live and you received your order Wednesday morning. We tried to contact you to check if everything else was in order, but you haven't replied to any of our messages unfortunately.
If there is anything else, just let us know of course. For now, enjoy your new backpack and have a nice day.
