Sorry to hear you're not happy with the situation. We tried our best to resolve this for you, but as explained by phone to you before, we can't offer a free return when the backpack was discounted from €95,- to €66,95. We want to offer the best prices available, but this also means that we can't cover the return costs for discounted items (as also stated in the shipping & returns section). To come to a fair solution, we offered you a free exchange for a different product, but we haven't received feedback from you on this yet.
