Ik heb app contact gehad met parfumaria iver een bepaald geurtje , meteen daarna een bestelling geplaatst, later op de middag nog en bestelling geplaatst. De dag erna had ik beide orders ontvangen in 1 doos met een zakje vol heerlijke testers. Fantastische communicatie met de dames En vooral heel eeg blij met mijn geurtjes die uit de handel gaan

I am happy with Parfumaria as there I discovered an otherwise discontinued fragrance, which was shipped to me very quickly. Also, my wishes for samples were fulfilled, and the product turned out to be a little cheaper than originally stated. Minor complaint: the website is not easy to handle on all browsers.

Als een liefhebber van bijzondere geuren heb ik meerdere malen sample sets besteld. Vaak waren de producten tamelijk niche en lastig te vinden zonder stad en land te bereizen. Vooralsnog vond ik het meeste wat ik graag wou testen bij Parfumaria. De afhandeling en verzending was snel.

Heel erg bedankt voor samples die ik erbij kreeg echt heel fijn. Tot de volgende bestelling.

Fijn dat er een niche parfumerie is met niet alleen een enorm aanbod, maar ook kennis van zaken als het gaat om unieke geuren, die onbeschrijflijk lekker kunnen zijn. Maria heeft veel kennis omtrent haar assortiment en fijn dat zij er is. Een betere niche parfumerie ken ik niet in Nederland, en daarom is ParfuMaria wat mij betreft een absolute aanrader!

I'm very glad that I get to know ParfuMaria :) Thanks for giving an opportunity to try on some expensive ones I have in my list in decant format to make final decision should I buy it or not. Veeery gig choice of niche perfumery. I'll definitely come again to complete my fragrance collection and try something new. Despite of that, there are some things you could do about better user experience. As UX Designer I'd recommend some improvements for your website, which I find very helpful. When you add samples of your own choice it'd be great if at the checkout you could choose some names in autocomplete. It's good that user can fill in all the namings on their own, but to reduce possible misspelling and to raise user's satisfaction of the purchase, field with autocomplete would be a nice solution of this problem. So user types the perfume name in the field, it shows all appropriate meanings, then 1 click and 1 sample is already there. The same works for other 4 samples of this set. Because now it's not very handy to fill in and it may spoil the first impression of ordering the set if user made a typo and didn't get what he wanted. Hope you take that detail into an account. Thank you!

De verpakking om het flesje was nat toen ik het uitpakte. Het flesje zat niet helemaal vol meer. Heb hierover gemaild, maar er is tot op heden geen oplossing voor geboden

Ik ben erg blij met mijn parfum, goede service van ParfuMaria, alleen de check-out op de website mag wel een upgrade gebruiken. Het aangeven dat ik iets zelf wilde ophalen i.p.v. laten bezorgen lukte niet. Uiteindelijk is het wel goedgekomen door te bellen erover, maar wel een beetje onhandig.
