I found your company after finding out what clevo laptops are. You offer a cheaper alternative than other companies like tuxedo while offering the same hardware The delivery came the expected day and very well packaged, which I appreciate. If I were to say things to improve, they would be: - that I would love for you to offer your notebooks in black. I chose silver because there were no other options. - In my personal opinion, the penguin head you use as a logo, I think it could be cuter. I did not choose your tux super key because it can be a little disturbing to look at. - The webcam should have higher quality. It's a shame for an expensive laptop to have a webcam with relatively low quality. I'd prefer a higher quality even if it reflects in the final price

I bought a high end laptop and have been very pleased with the quality and performance of the product. The process of buying was easy, with a very good and straightforward website with a wide range of options. The laptop arrived quickly, configured exactly as requested. A problem with the charger was resolved very quickly by warranty and support with a new one arriving next day, so the product support is excellent in the unlikely event of difficulties. LaptopwithLinux compare very well with System76 (my previous laptop) with the advantage of being in the EU for ease of delivery and support. Overall, a very good experience.

I logged into the website and found what i wanted - i followed the menus and made my choices. Less than a week later the laptop arrived and was exactly as ordered. (small error) wrong power plug sent. Resolved within an hour. If I had cause for complaint at the error It was instantly removed with customer service second to none. Definitely one of the best companies I have dealt with in recent times.

Got exactly what I wanted. Fedora 41 on a mini pc!! Works great with steam too. Some games you got to lower the settings but other than that I got no problems. I've been able to do all my school assignments on it.

I purchased a GX4HRXL without any customization, such as printing logos or names, as the website stated it was in stock and I needed it as soon as possible. It was shipped within Europe (Malta) on the first business day, with delivery scheduled for the second day. I even had to request a delay since I wouldn’t be home.

Ik zocht al lang een laptop met Ubuntu Linux. En liefst zonder belgian azerty keyboard. Alles werd vlot geleverd en mijn eerste support vraag werd vlekkeloos beantwoord.

Ik ben uitstekend geholpen. Er is meegedacht en geadviseerd vanuit mijn behoefte. Geen onnodige zaken. Dat heeft geresulteerd in een prachtige laptop met linux. Helemaal passend bij mijn bedrijf. Ik ben helemaal blij!

Het keuze proces was heel helder en de aanvullende verzorging met OS en meegeleverde USB stick was zeer compleet. Al met al een hele plezierige aankoopervaring en tot op heden voldoet de laptop prima aan de verwachtingen.

Interessante website. Bij het samenstellen van de laptops had ik een aantal vragen. Ik werd keurig teruggebeld na het inspreken van een boodschap. Ben prima geholpen, kreeg antwoord op mijn vragen en kon de bestelling daarna snel rondmaken. De volgende dag werden de bestelde laptops al bezorgd. Prachtige laptops.

I've preordered a TongFang laptop, which after some delay finally arrived on Oct 24. The USB Ethernet adapter I bought didn't work correctly, plus with some other smaller problems/questions I wrote a mail on 26 to their support email address. After not receiving any reply for a couple of days, I also sent a message on their website contact form, as of Nov 3 I still haven't received any reply. But in the meantime I received two automatic mails to rate them, so I did it. About the laptop: build quality looks OK, software/firmware is what you can expect from a Chinese brand, dmesg is full of "BIOS Error" lines, it has some HW without a mainline kernel driver (Ethernet and keyboard drivers). I expected a bit more from a company selling linux compatible laptops (setting up my previous linux unfriendly asus laptop wasn't more problematic than this). Yesterday the super (windows) button stopped working, even after rebooting or booting a live usb. I had to turn off the laptop, disconnect the charger, wait a minute or so, and start it again to fix this. Something is definitely buggy in the firmware. Update Nov 19: After writing a negative review here, I miraculously received a response the next workday :) I've received a replacement Ethernet adapter today which works correctly and my other issues have been solved in the meantime, the support was very responsive after the initial delay. I just wish they'd treat me like this since the beginning.

I was pleasantly surprised that my laptop was delivered to the UK within less than a week of the order being placed, and without any extra customs formalities or charges. It was great to be able to select which distro to have installed - this saved much of the effort usually required when setting up a new system. I would suggest that the order webpage could ask which desktop to install: it came with Gnome installed, but because I prefer KDE, I needed to install that first before doing the rest of my system setup. My only real reservation is that the keyboard lettering is over stylised, making it less easy to read. Otherwise, the laptop performs well and I'm happy with it.

The notebook is exactly to my speck with Ubuntu preinstalled, worked out of the box. Communication with the company was pleasant and efficient, both by phone and email. Importantly, I did not pay the VAT becaus the invoice was in the company name.

Very fast delivery and working fine the configuration. I can certainly recommend it.

I have been a linux user for a long time. I've used various computer vendors before and there were a lot of compatibility issues. LaptopwithLinux is in the true sense a supplier of Linux computers and exactly the kind of service that was missing.
