I am a new user of Linux (Fedora) and was looking for a new laptop after my old Windows 10 one was getting on in years and giving me a few problems. I had not heard of laptowithlinux and Clevo as a manufacturer before. But the shopping experience was excellent, the laptop was delivered within a few days and convinces me very much in its built and overall quality (keyboard and display are really good), Fedora runs fast and flawless on the laptop. Thank you!

Everything as expected, beautiful laptop, fast and really light. Perfect for our daughter to carry to school, although a lot more capable than what she needs, but I hope it'll last her a few good years!

I ordered an Intel NUC running Ubuntu with large disk and memory installed. It came in a few days configured just how I wanted: a user account for me, UK power plug, US keyboard, and mounting hardware.

Sorry it took so long to rate you, but I wanted to have plenty of time to evaluate the hardware (Clevo NL50NU laptop). This is the best laptop I've ever used. It only took 2 days from creating account to shipping! My only (minor) complaint: Is it possible to obtain a PDF user/repair manual for my specific model with Linux? I have searched online, but can't find anything for this model and all seemed to be tailored for Windows ... THANKS! Ron

Great process from the beginning to the end. Absolutely no issues, quality was great.

Having never worked with LaptopwithLinux before, I did not know quite what to expect in terms of the ease and security of the transaction. Now, a couple weeks after receiving the computer, I can say that the product itself has been excellent and the company very easy to work with. If LaptopwithLinux maintains this level of quality, I will certainly work with them again!

I have purchased two laptops from LaptopwithLinux in the last year. Both computers are wonderful. The fit and finish is excellent for both machines. Shipping time is fantastic (to my location in the US was actually less than 3 days). The laptops were (for their feature set) excellently priced. The company is very professional but easy to do business both pre and post sale. Dell, HP, and Apple could lean a great deal from this company.

A sheer delight. As a linux user I know it can be a little tricky installing linux so it was brilliant to choose which Linux OS I wanted as well as linux software which was all installed and the machine worked perfectly out of the box which is a first for me. I'm also very impressed that there's a choice whether to have wifi and bluetooth installed or not. As many more people realise the dangers of the class 2b carcinogen i.e. pulsed microwave radiation this is a sensible and healthy option. Freedom of choice is wonderful and so is this company.

The laptop I ordered and received, within a reasonable time, worked out of the box, after a manual Arch Linux installation, with the appropriate packages installed.

Received my laptop today...amazing. Ordered late Monday, shipped Tuesday, cleared customs Wednesday, arrives at my door mid afternoon today (Thursday)...less than 72 hours, from the Netherlands to Omaha, Nebraska USA. WOW! The system looks nice, and it is booted up and running fine. Peter Pont was also very prompt with email communication.

What they don't tell you (but should) is the fancy LED keyboard is a Windows only keyboard and does not have full functionality in a Linux system. It took a week to for support to tell me that. Now that I've installed an OS and been using it for a week I can't return it according to their return policy. They should be upfront about what is not fully functional with Linux. Who knows what else I'm going to find at a later date. I expect when I buy something for it to be fully functioning... especially at the cost of these machines.

very good laptop. ubuntu cannot get software updater to run and terminal will not recognize me - came up with the word jonson, copyright and then went blank. Could not fix problem, had to load second user, ok so far.

I ordered my laptop on Friday, it arrived on Tuesday! It worked perfectly, but the docking station I ordered was missing. I called, they immediately apologized and sent the missing item the same day. I would recommend their service and their hardware!

I wasn't sure what I should get based on my needs, so I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful and responsive. I ordered from the US and got the laptop in less than a week after submitting my order. I definitely recommend!
