A beautiful piece of hardware. I've been wanting a Linux laptop for a long time. I've played with Dells and HP's that were somewhat adequate but this... A purpose built Linux laptop is finally here and this one is stunning. I called and asked that they set it up with openSuSE which was no problem at all. And everything works! Works perfectly with my PLEX server. NO problems with wireless connections. It does everything well as far as I've been able to tell at this point. The 17" display is gorgeous, indeed the full package is highly attractive that I find myself briefly buffing off fingerprints I've left on the outer case when I'm done for the evening. It was assembled and shipped quickly. I consider it a good value in comparison to commonly known brands. I know that conscientious companies want customers to tell them what they could have done better. In this case, I have no idea. Maybe engrave your logo on the top of the lid and make a checkbox on the form to NOT add a logo? Opt out vs. opt in. OK there's your scathing criticism. (wink) You should be proud of your product as it is a winner. I highly recommend.

I like all the options available, and the process of choosing was straight forward. The disk partition exactly as I asked for, 5 partitions, all the right size, in the order I asked for. The company happily installed 2 OSes for me to try out. I really intended to install Debian myself. Debian wasn't one of the options for OS, but I was able to install it on one of the partitions without any problems. (I'm an old hand at Debian.) The Debian-based OS that came on the system were a fall-back and assured me that Debian would work fine. Service was efficient. I've had the computer for 2 months now, and everything seem to be top notch. Well built. Nice system overall that seems worth the cost to me. I chose it over a System 76 offering because of the included headphone/microphone jack. Only questionable thing is that the fan goes on and off frequently, even when I'm not pounding on the CPU much. Part of the minibox gets a bit warm. I've never owned a minicomputer before, so I'm not sure if it's normal. Hope it doesn't affect the hardware longevity.

I purchased an Intel NUC with Linux Mint and software pre-loaded. Very happy with this.

No problems placing the order (except choosing a machine faster or MUCH faster !!). Delivery to the door went very well.

The machine arrived within 3 working days of my ordering. Very well packaged. The machine is well build and has all the components and Linux version I asked for. I wanted luks encryption. On first login a prompt offered me to change the factory-set passphrase. I did dot have to search the luks doc to do it myself. Brilliant.

Our newly ordered laptop arrived within 3 working days, exactly pre-configured as per the specifications with Linux Mint 20.3. The correspondence all the way through to the shipment was professional and clear. The new Clevo laptop is fast, has a good quality screen, and a backlit keyboard. Probably the only minor issues with the Clevo laptop are: - Missing caps lock and num lock lights in the keyboard - Mouse pad is a bit too large (but we have it disabled anyway)

Niet goed :Wireless , Wifi en bluetooth waren niet geinstalleert en ook niet op de stick en daardoor liep er heel veel mis, Gelukkig was mijn zoon afgelopen zondag hier en heeft alles in orde gemaakt maar het koste behoorlijk wat tijd en dat inclusief het inloggen, Je moest als root inloggen en dat was nergens gemeld. de gebruiker zelf was geen sudoer. Totale tijd 4 uur om het geheel goed te laten lopen. De taal in Nederlands, dat is niet overal. Ik verwacht wel een Nederlandse handleiding , waar alles instaat . de handleiding is zeer summier Ik ben 83 en mijn Engels is niet heel goed. Goed: Verpakking en de werking laptop is prima

The problems came more from UPS deliveries, and I had also a bad luck with a bad battery and a stuck pixel. However, Laptop with Linux had demonstrated to me that they're were communicative and helped me a lot during the deliveries, including the replacement of the battery and the screen. I had to wait one week or two but that's totally okay, first because of the distance between my country and theirs, secondly because the waiting is actually way worse in others stores for repairs. I think they did their best to make this laptop in a perfect condition. I have my laptop now and installed coreboot on it, it works very well. Thank you.

Needed new company notebook, so I did a laborious research on current market and endet up here. It's so much easier to know the hardware will be able to run Linux. I've got the Clevo with all the bells and whistles (i7, 64 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD, custom key and lid logo). The ordering process was simple and guided. For the lid logo there were a few open questions, so I added a note in the order and was promptly contacted to sort out the open questions. The result looks gorgeous. Once I received the notebook with the preinstalled Debian Bullseye it almost worked out of the box (the package firmware-iwlwifi was not preinstalled, I had to do this myself to get a working Wifi). I've used it now for over a week and didn't found any serious problems. I'm productive now.

A few days into using the laptop, it has met all of my expectations with the exception of the subpar speaker output quality.

Ik weet niet of ik ooit zo blij ben geworden bij het inkopen van een computer: - De prestatie is heel goed, hij is super snel (ik heb wel voor de krachtigste cpu gekozen) - Hij blijft vrij koel ook onder druk. Hij lijkt niet boven 50-60 graden te komen (ik heb wel voor de betere koelpasta gekozen) - Hij is heel stil, ook onder druk. Bijna niet te horen. - Ik vond het heel knap dat je een keuze kan maken voor de toetsenbordlayout - Ik kreeg de bezorging de dag na de bestelling. Dat vind ik heel snel aangezien er best veel keuzes zijn voor aanpassingen zoals cpu, geheugen etc. - Gezien de bovenstaande punten vind ik de prijs voor deze laptop uitstekend.
