Key remarks: - They have always answered my questions very quickly and professionnally - The shipping was very fast and smooth - I am so far extremely happy with the quality of my laptop - I liked a lot the options for configuring my laptop: there were enough options to choose from, but not too many (as is sometimes the case by other resellers, which can be overwhelming)

Clevo NS50MU besteld bij Laptop met Linux. De website zit prima in elkaar en de verzending was snel. Ik heb een aantal technische vragen gesteld per e-mail en deze zijn steeds snel, compleet, en vriendelijk beantwoord. Zo ver ik heb kunnen zien zijn de laptops bij LmL niet de goedkoopste, maar daar staat wel maatwerk en uitstekende service tegenover. LmL lijkt echt te weten waar ze het over hebben, en zijn niet zomaar de zoveelste generieke laptop-verkopers.

My laptop arrived in just 2 working days from when I ordered it, which was a very quick. Being new to Linux I had a couple of teething problems, but the technical team responded in a timely manner and helped me to resolve them.

Le pc correspond au spécification, le catalogue est assez large et (même si ça ne dépend pas d'eux pour le coup) le temps de livraison est conforme à ce qui est annoncé

Op zoek naar een nieuwe laptop en een beetje klaar met windows en apple kwam ik terecht bij Comexr . Afgelopen donderdag gebeld voor advies en mijn wensen kenbaar gemaakt . Zeer goed voorgelicht waarna ik de order heb geplaatst . Vrijdagmiddag de laptop ontvangen. Zeer tevreden . Prima hard-en software , snel en gebruiksvriendelijk . Zorin zit logisch in elkaar , geen probleem met overschakelen als je Windows gewend bent . Doet alles wat ik verwachtte en beter . En geen gezeur met voorwaarden accepteren enz . Kortom : een schot in de roos .

Crappy computer. Three major problems in the first 3 days. I don't like having to pay to send it back.

Laptop met Linux hebt heel goed aanbiedingen voor alle soorten van Linux computers. Ik heb zelf een Ubuntu mini-PC gekocht, en Laptop met Linux is een van de alleen bedrijven dat zo'n computer verkoopt. Mijn enige klacht is dat hen pagina in het Engels hebt fouten (gelukkig ken ik voldoende Nederlands) - bijvoorbeeld, ik zag geen optie om een 2e HDD voegen toe het computer, maar zo'n wel geëxisteerd op het Nederlandse pagina. Ik heb nog geen ervaring met het garantieschema, maar hoop ik dat het nooit nodig is. English: Their offers are great - I bought an Ubuntu mini-computer that I am happy with. However, their English page has errors and needs work (eg: I didn't find an option to buy a 2nd HDD with the Gigabyte mini, even though such an option existed on the Dutch page). I have no experience with their guarantee services yet.

Couldn't be happier - the shipping was fast with a reliable big name courier and the laptop itself was set up just how I wanted it, and is a nice bit of kit. Software wise, it was perfect out of the box, all I had to do was change my password and I was up and running - so much easier than messing about having to get rid of Windows first! I would definitely recommend these guys 100%.

No issues with shipping, even overseas, laptop works great, and excellent customer service.

The order was not straightforward as I choose to wait for a computer where stock needed to be delivered first. I was however always kept in the picture via a series of polite and helpful emails. When the computer was eventually ready, it was dispatched to me in the UK from Holland with great efficiency. I will certainly be using this company again in the future.

Peter Pont, my contact person at Laptop with Linux, was very prompt, detailed and patient in handling my requests concerning the laptop, its software, and various other questions. I have not had a chance yet to use the laptop in depth but my first impressions are very positive. I am so happy I found a company that could fulfill my desire to move away from Big Tech and the software monopolies.
