Op een vrijdagmiddag de bestelling gedaan en het te betalen bedrag overgemaakt. Maar gezien het weekend voor de deur stond is het geld pas na één of twee werkdagen op rekening van Comexr B.V. gestort. Na een belletje op dinsdagmiddag kreeg ik te horen dat er al aan de bestelling werd gewerkt. Op woensdag een mail ontvangen dat het bestelde verstuurd is. Keurig voor elkaar!

Een snelle levering van de laptop. De laptop is conform specificaties en verwachtingen. Ook was de laptop zeer goed verpakt, beter dan ik gewend ben van online shops. Kleine minpuntjes mbt de laptop (Clevo NL55PU) zelf: - ACPI BIOS Error bij opstarten. Had bij de installatie door leverancier opgemerkt moeten worden, vooral omdat het eenvoudig oplosbaar is middels het aanpassen van het loglevel in GRUB; - geluid van de laptop speakers is ronduit slecht. Alsof je op een paar meter afstand een mono-radio'tje met goedkope speaker hoort. Geen laag, midden erg matig en het hoog is pijnlijk schel. Echt slecht. Voor een laptop van meer dan €900 verwacht ik beter gezien ervaringen met andere merken voor de helft van 't geld. - Toetsenbord heeft afwijkende plaatsing van de cursorpijltjes, vooral pijl naar rechts in het numlock gedeelte is lastig, zeker omdat ik blind type, maar zal hopelijk wel wennen. Het metal design is fraai en de hele look and feel van de laptop is erg degelijk.

Na de bestelling heb ik de laptop na 2 dagen ontvangen. De laptop is netjes verpakt en ziet er prima uit. Encryptie key nog niet ontvangen via de whatsapp, echter na 1 telefoontje was deze na 2 minuten binnen. Contact ging heel soepel via de telefoon, snelle reactie. Ik zou hier zeker weer eens bestellen en raad dit bedrijf dan ook aan.

Het bestelde was er binnen no time, ik werd op de hoogte gehouden van het bestelproces. Prima zo.

Very easy online ordering process with many configurable options. Pricing is very competitive with big name brands. The build quality is outstanding, would definitely recommend over comparable Dell or HP options (those manufacturers provide the bare minimum in laptop options).

Intussen mijn tweede laptop gekocht, deze zelf naar eigen behoeften kunnen samen stellen en binnen de twee werkdagen thuis geleverd. Eens thuis geleverd het besturingssysteem geïnstalleerd wat ik zelf wou doen (Linux Mint Debian Edition) en de eerste laptop werkt nog steeds als nieuw alsook de tweede recent aangekochte laptop. Dat zegt veel over de kwaliteit.

It was a ' breath of fresh air' to be able to choose the hardware specs which suited my computer use & 'Laptop with Linux' were super efficient in supplying me with a lovely light laptop with more than adequate capabilities. The finish of this product is excellent so is a joy to use. The packaging for postage was also excellent as was the 7 days it took to reach my address in Australia. As for Linux, I have been using Linux mint for 3 years & haven't looked back, it's truly the best thing I've ever done.

There was some mishaps in the configuration, but customer service was kind, fast and efficient and everything was solved with little friction. Kudos for good support. I've been using the device for over two years now. It's average. The power cord broke quite fast, requiring to buy a new charger in less than a year, thankfully laptop is compatible with Type-C chargers so I could easily buy something on the market for it. The fans are incredibly loud, always. It was bad at the beginning, got worse over time, even after cleaning the heatsink multiple times. Most common comment I hear is "Is your laptop ready for take-off?" Battery performance is poor, but that might be blameable on Linux. On balanced mode, I get one hour of video call, maybe up to 2-3h of moderate work. Not sure I'd go again with this, I had in the end better experience with Windows laptops from mainstream manufacturers, usually at a better price point.

Omdat de verleende service bij mijn eigen laptop al beduidend meer was dan wat je redelijkerwijs mag verwachten, heb ik besloten om de laptop die een van mijn kinderen nodig heeft voor de opleiding voor Mediavormgeving ook bij Laptopmetlinux te bestellen. Op basis van de minimum eisen die de opleiding aan de laptop stelt heeft Laptopmetlinux een voorstel gedaan, inclusief het gegeven dat het besturingssysteem Windows moest zijn. Geen Probleem voor LaptopmetLinux.
