I ask for a return multiple time and they didn't respond. How hard can it be to care for customer???

We received the incorrect product, when we called to inquire customer service was wonderful and replaced item very quickly

USPS is having issues with shipping as they don't recognize address. they have tracking number as 9300120111410471626593. Your order# is WS12032CA. the address is all correct. This is a second package from you and first came ok. this is only package I have outstanding.

Gasspring offered a great design tool to help me specify my gas spring ... thank goodness I didn't have to relearn freebody diagrams!

Item received was not ordered. (kessebohmer model 7954RG) The cost to return the item was $23 and the cost of the item received was $49. will not recommand Gassspring.ca

The Gassprings I ordered are a replacement part for an Italian glass drill. It is the exact part and the same German manufacturer. We didn't have to wait a long time from Italy and a high price because they are made in USA. Received my order in 5 days shipped to Canada. The gas shocks come in many sizes, strengths and many types of attachments. Great product great price.

Product and design tools are great. Have also purchased from Gasspring in the U.S., however my recent transaction in Canada was disappointing. Delays and incorrect guidance by customer service in what thought was a cancelled first attempt to order, resulted in a two identical orders being placed, and an additional $30 charge to ship one back to them in N.C.

Company seems good. Website has everything you could imagine for gas springs/shocks. Would be nice if it was easier to find accessories or alternate fastening connections for the ends of the shocks.

Many parts available at an affordable price. Almost all parts are in stock and the website offers good configuration device. Nice service too. I recommend it.
