Verzending is helemaal prima

Ik heb een pakket ontvangen. Het enige probleem wat ik ondervond is dat het tracking nummer niet naar behoren werkte. Waarschijnlijk is dit met een belletje wel geregeld.

Veel te veel email, onduidelijke info

Sturen echt bizar veel emails, en ze komen onbetrouwbaar over als je deze partij nog niet kent. Lijken internationale pakketten te verwerken, het ging echter om een simpel pakket uit Nederland. Dacht eerst dat het fishing mail was. Op de tracking pagina geen info welke afzender, heb uiteindelijk via postnl website de zender kunnen bekijken. Duurt ook erg lang.

Totally childish, unprofessional update messages

1. Messages addressing (copying from your message): "Hi Parcel Hooray! You received the shipment of TNT" My name is not “Parcel” and I’m neither in a rodeo nor in a circus “Hooray!”. I am an everyday person expecting to receive serious, professional, and compact update for my parcel. It is totally useless reading almost one full-page message just to spot 3 words of delivery information. 2. Delivery address (everything is mixed up!): "This will be delivered at the following address ARNHEM, KATO ACHAIA, GREECE" The parcel cannot be delivered to the above address as Arnhem is in The Netherlands and Kato Achaia in Greece. 3. Spam-like message: Your message resembles all those characteristics that rank it as 100% spam and phishing: the information contained in it is incorrect but looks like wannabe correct, there are links in it that are not easily traceable, and it is always prompting you to make your move! Completely unacceptable.

"parcel received" but no actual delivery

I got an email stating that the parcel has been delivered. But nothing has actually been delivered to my door. I checked 7 flights of stairs as well as both main building entrances... I have contacted support but yet to get a decent reply....

Shipment and Delivery via DHL Express was problem free.

Parcel International is a good platform, but the overall customer experience is greatly influenced by the choice of carrier. If a carrier does perform badly, then this automatically affects the rating of Parcel International, even though they have no influence over the carrier's performance. One minor aspect we encountered was the extremely late penalty payments invoices we received for some shipments, which were allegedly overweight, sometimes 5 months after the original shipping date and invoiced after the closing of the previous fiscal year. Some of these invoices were incorrect and did not corroborate with photos of the consignments made by the sender while on a scale and indicating the weight.
