5 days shipping time, but it's in fact 14+ days
I've ordered this as it seemed like a great solution and with a reasonable shipping time. Today I received the second email that the order is being delayed at least another week (19 days to be exact, if that is a reliable date). The heat is here, but not the solution for the heat. As the order is not done yet, I just send an email and message asking for a refund - not worth the wait, and I really hope it works, as they broke the agreement on the delivery.
As a suggestion to the company: add a longer shipping time and deliver it before, so customers are happy about it and not frustrated about this poor experience.
