Don't expect any electronic communication.
Pre-ordered a Capita board of the 2023 model year around end of July. Shortly after I requested an adaptation to the order, i.e. different size and width. It took like 8-9 days to get a reply agreeing to the request (instead of the advertised 24h). Weird, but whatever. When the boards started to show up in various channels, I inquired whether they had some updates in regard to delivery times. E-mail left unanswered. Second e-mail a whole week later, also unanswered. A few days after, I requested cancellation due to that, also no reaction. Two weeks later, board arrives, and not the different size as initially confirmed via the lone e-mail received. The return address is the old one, too, so no option to simply refuse and return the parcel, either.
tl,dr: If you're not buying locally in the shop and/or don't speak Flemish (for a phone call), keep your expectations to a minimum in regards to e-mail support and such.
(Haven't decided what to do with the board yet.)
