Good idea, poor implementation
The product itself is cool, actually the only cover on the market that will protect the lens and doesn’t look like crap.
It has some major design flaws though:
- the cover isn’t flexible, it’s more plastic than rubber. There are two consequences: The upper part that holds the front cam cover slide sits straight on the display, it‘s not flexible and won’t adapt to any display protection glass you might use. Actually, it’s so stiff, it will mess with display protections and ultimately destroy them (throw bubbles etc.).
- due to the stiffness of the material, it will look scratchy the day you start using it
- the back cam slide doesn’t feel like it will stay longer than a few dozen movements. It‘s pretty loose and makes noises when you shake the phone
- some cover parts look like they came straight out of the 3D printer with pretty sharp edges
- for what it is, the product is highly overpriced and those shipping costs for a two week delivery are unnecessary. Also, I got the wrong size and had to order again.
