Absolutely first class!

We bought new beds and bedding from Douxe for our whole family. It has been a fabulous experience. First class service and first-class luxury. Now everyone looks forward to bedtime. We have always treated ourselves to good bedding, but Douxe beats anything we have had before. I highly recommend Douxe and the lovely range of luxurious products they sell.

Zoete nachten!

Ik had een dekbed gevuld met eendenveren, tot de tijd zijn tanden liet zien en de pluimpjes liet vliegen! Toen zag ik bij Douxe een synthetisch hoteldekbed en kon zoet dromen Van pure extase oversliep ik me al zeven maal!

Excellent service and attention, even in case of a small order!

Since their start, we bought all our bedroom products at Douxe. Not only because of the high quality, but also because of their amazing service and flexibility - always! Just like today, we only needed one additional fitted sheet, but even in that case the team gave us all attention, and we were even given the opportunity to test other fabrics just for our convenience. How nice is that? I would really recommend Douxe, and to visit their Flagship store in the harbour of Scheveningen. Super products, super people, super service!

Zalige koele nachten

Goede service en super kwaliteit van lakens. Tijdens deze hittegolf blijven we cool met de percal lakens 400 tc van Douxe. Kan het alleen maar aanraden!

Top product and service

the customer service is great. I was advised and helped with my Internet order by Femke. When my sheets came they were beautifully wrapped with a nice personalized card. I realized I had chosen satin sheets rather than matte ones which I prefer. Directly I was helped again by Femke and the exchange went easy. I will be doing all my bedding shopping by Douxe in the future. Thanks for the great help and friendly professional service.
