Price Quality Support Impossible to find any better offer on the Market

First of all, I like that NovaCustom / configurelaptop.eu sells Clevo laptop without pretending they are their own brand: laptops are shown in the website with their original Clevo model number, which also makes easier to find further information if required. The configuration and order process is simple, user friendly and straightforward, with the price of each option clearly shown. There is no additional fee: shipping is included and there is no need to pay extra money for "quick build" because the laptop is assembled and shipped very fast (see below) so the price shown in the configuration process is the price to pay. Payment can be through PayPal, so safe and guaranteed. Shipping is very fast: I placed my order on Sunday, the laptop was shipped on Wednesday and I received it Friday morning: the timing shown in the ordering process has been largely respected. The choice of options is adequate and largely sufficient; for each option all the details are given (for instance, not just "8 GB memory" but exactly brand and model of the memory chip). And also, it is possible to choose other operating systems than Windows. The laptop came very well packed, with two boxes for added protection but without any excess of packaging material. The software has been perfectly installed. And a final touch of class: because I did not choose Windows, the "Windows" key on the keyboard has been replaced with a "Super" key, but a "Windows" key was in the package in case I change my mind. I have nothing bad to say about the company. All was as expected. The large choices of parts is great. All top of the choice at this moment in my opinion.

First off the points I like, The customer service is of a high quality and there are alot of good customization options for the laptop. I also like the fact that its possible to have a jet black matt laptop without any markings whatsoever. What I don't like is the fact that the battery is built in and also does not last a whole lot of time on a full charge (2 hours internet browsing) I am also not happy with the bios for two main reasons, You cannot disable the built in battery and there is no easy way to set your own custom boot logo, and given that I am also dissatisfied that the company charges extra for a custom logo. Also I am very hesitant to say yes to recommending the company, but it is based on the benefit of doubt and would also rely on the company taking not of my feedback and making an effort to improve its products.
