Something went wrong with my order so I had to contact customer service. They were really friendly and came up with a good solution. Once the product arrived the carrier delivered it at the address of the neighbors, but besides that I am happy with my new case.

I recently got a privacy iPhone case, and I’m impressed with it! I was not totally sure about the product before I bought it. But now that I'm using it, I am surprised by the quality and the fact that it even has replacement parts in the package. If I will ever buy a new iPhone in the future, I will definitely buy again at Spy-fy. Thanks!

First off — the case is of phenomenal quality, and you won’t find another case that has dual camera covers. Second: I accidentally (my own fault) got a piece of the cover broken. I contacted support and they sent me EXTRA pieces for the case! This was ~7 months ago. Last month, I lost the spare part and couldn’t find the one they sent me since I had moved. I contacted them to purchase a new spare part, or the case (it had been discontinued, and no longer in store…. The iPhone 13 Mini) — and to my surprise, two hours later I got a reply in which they said that a replacement was on its way. NOW THIS IS WHEN GENEROSITY COMES IN! When i finally received the package, it was not spare parts, they had sent me a COMPLETELY NEW case for the iPhone 13 Mini (i hate big phones) — a case I had thought was discontinued and one I would have gladly paid 2-300€ for. But they sent it for free. I highly, highly recommend SpyFy. Several friends of mine have since ordered a case from them. Amazing support! 5/5 ⭐️

The parcel cannot be delivered to an address that is easily found on Google Maps. Should I move home then? Sorry for the sarcasm, but the explanation seems ridiculous. I have never encountered such a problem, even though I have lived here for 8 years. "...the carrier shipped it back to us because the address was incorrect. If we ship it again with the same address, it will get returned to us once again. So unfortunately, I can't ship this order again with the exact same address :(."

I pre-ordered the new iPhone 15 pro max case upon release of the phone. I was told that pre-orders would be going out in December of 2024. The year is almost over and NOTHING. And I emailed the company and they write back: “ Hi Luis, Well, as you can see, it has not been delivered yet. Pre-orders are now being located at warehouses across the USA. If you wish to cancel your order, you are free to do so.” A-holes.

Spy-fy biedt ideale cases voor iPhones. Ik heb meerdere hoesjes over de afgelopen jaren gehad voor verschillende iPhones maar deze bevalt mij het beste. Het design is goed ontworpen waardoor het mijn telefoon, mijn camera's en mijn privacy beschermd. Ps. ik gebruik een iPhone 13 mini.

I like the privacy case, i've been using it this year and you gotta get used to the camera's being covered from time to time when I take a picture, but this is a small thing. And its supposed to cover the camera's so in that regard it works like it should. Couldn't find another case like this.

Ordered iPhone 14 Pro privacy case, really like the first look of it. Dropped my phone and not a scratch on either the case or phone.

I am half happy with this case for my iphone 14. Totally not happy with the front camera cover. i tested it in selfie mode and it does not cover the full thing. my face peeks through it and that is exactly NOT what you want from such a case. For the rest is the case good and does what it needs to do, except for the wireless charging, i dont use that so i cannot tell if that doesnt work. I read complaints about that. I hope you find a better design for the front camera cover. I would buy it imediatly!

I love this case. It has protected my iphone 13 pro max many times and the camera covers are awesome! The case did break eventually after plenty of hard drops and even though I am out of the warranty period they were kind enough to send me a new one. Fantastic customer service

2 jaar geleden al een cover besteld bij Spy-Fy, nog steeds werkt hij perfect. Maar een nieuwe set gekocht voor mijn nieuwe laptop.

Fijne iPhone case dat stevig aanvoelt. Schuifjes werken goed en zitten zelfs extra schuifjes bij. Levering was door de brievenbus.
