At Motorparts-online.com, we work with different dealers, each offering their own parts through our website. Some dealers ship their parts every day because it is their full-time job, while others may ship orders only twice a week as they do this alongside their regular job.
That said, all our dealers do their best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Your order was received on January 7, 2025. Since you ordered multiple parts, they were shipped separately and delivered to you. We can see that you received the parts within a week, with some parts even arriving after just 2 days.
It is possible that you placed an order with us under a different name or email address in the past, which might explain why we couldn't find it in our system. We apologize for this in advance.
