Don’t list an item for sale with a postage cost which you then change and demand an additional €17+
After going through the purchase online you then emailed me demanding an additional €17+ and blaming this on your courier. If you post a courier charge you should firstly, know what your courier will charge and secondly, stick to it.
You obviously knew that the item i was buying was difficult to find elsewhere so I would have little choice but to pay the additional fee. Your actions were underhand and shameful and I would be unlikely to recommend your services and would certainly be reticent to use you again.
Also the damage to the item pictured, and described as a crack, which I was happy to accept and was a fair description , was not the only damage as there is a fixing tab missing from the upper rear part of the fairing , but again I have little choice now it has been delivered.
Very poor.
