We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received the ordered part.
Our system shows that you placed your order on 28th February 2025 at 11:35 AM.
All our orders are picked up from our warehouse in the morning between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day.
Since your order was placed on a Friday and Motorparts-online.com is unfortunately closed during weekends, the weekend passed before your order was processed, and the first working day was Monday, 3rd March.
Additionally, here in the Netherlands, there has been Carnival over the past few days, and some of our suppliers were closed for this holiday, which caused a slight delay in shipping.
We completely understand that this has caused some frustration, but we notice in our system that you have never sent an email asking where your package is. You are always welcome to do so, and we would be happy to look into it for you. We could have sent you the tracking information earlier so that you could track your package’s shipment. I will send that to you via email shortly.
We can also confirm that your order is being processed today and will be shipped to you soon.
