We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. We have tried to call and in addition we have been in contact via our chat. Unfortunately you have not received an email from us and we apologize for that. However, we have immediately refunded the money for the missing product. Due to safety risks, we are no longer allowed to sell the snack cup. Despite the fact that we no longer have the product active, it does not want to be offered via google shopping. We are working to prevent this.
We are sorry that you have given us a negative review as we have done our best to help you despite the misunderstandings. We therefore ask you to change your review. Again our apologies for the misunderstanding. We try to provide the best possible service.
