The ordering process was very straightforward and delivery was next working day. Goods were securely packaged. I had an issue with one of the locks on the safe and on contacting Simply Safes they liaised with the manufacturer and a resolution was in place within 30 minutes. Could not be happier with the customer service.

Great little safe for the money — am fully aware it wouldn't deter a truly focused thief, but solid, well-built and perfect as a first line of defence and deterrent. Found the website very helpful when I was researching and then choosing. Ordering was straightforward, and delivery super-fast. Would definitely recommend Simply Safes based on this buying experience.

Police recommended safe, instructions clear and easy to fit. Supplied attachment screws however were for concrete, was tempted to use as supplied, but after advice, used proper screws and rawl plugs for brickwork. Surprised about how limited the internal space was, needed to store one yale and one mortice key. Tight fit. Good quality safe.

Found them on Google, looked decent and a good price. Free delivery, arrived within a couple of days, solid, good looking product. Easy to install and the police inspector was fully satisfied that it met with standards.

Now installed. The English instructions re opening the safe needs updating to say after entering the 4 figure code, you need to add 'filled by the * sign

Ordered and website advertised next day delivery..had to continuously chase only to be told they were not in stock as advertised. Chased many times for updates as no one actively contacted me Safe was delivered weeks later Not impressed and could have bought elsewhere without the multiple excuses for their poor website and stock advertised Even though they knew they had no stock, their website continued to show they had stock, luring more un suspecting customers to place orders which they knew they could never fulfil as advertised

Process was seemless. A small flaw in finish to safe inside bottom less of door well but we overlooked that due to hassle free delivery

A very responsive service, with very helpful SimplySafes colleagues.

It's a great and easy online service, but poor delivery service. The problem comes when you pay for your safe to be installed and the delivery team turn up, dump the safe in the middle of your office and leave! I was under the team once paying the extra for delivery and installation, the team would take away the packaging as advertised on their website, but didn't do that either! Not impressed, and not happy, I can not insure the safe contents because of this poor installation service. The half mark is for the ease of buying a safe, and that's it. I will not use this service again.
