I had some bad luck with the white widow sprouting 6 out of 20 and they promptly replaced them and even sent me 1 extra within a week

I had some trouble ordering. I ordered with my wives credit card. Sent message and got a very quick response. It took a good 24 hours of them looking up the correct number but had the seeds 3 days later

I have bought seeds exclusively from ILGM for several years now. My experience has been that ILGM offers quality seeds at a fair price with excellent customer service. I recommend ILGM to all my grower friends. Andrew

First purchase. Had real trouble following the site. Thought I was purchasing a sale product, but your company wouldn't recognize it. Didn't know until my order arrived and what I thought I purchased wasn't there. Got in touch with the company, which didn't care, wouldn't listen to what I said. Was nice, but angering. Alot of money for me, an older person. But I have a group with me, who thought the replies from you were terrible. None of us will order from you again. And we have a network that we reported to. You're not business people. One botched sale that could've been easily resolved by you and that knocked out over 10 buyers plus we don't know who in the network will knock you out of our sales. Won't be using you ever again.

The product has always exceeded the numbers given in your information and description of each strain. I have recommended your company to a number of friends, all with great results. This last order was a post office mistake and not yours, but I do greatly appreciate you being on the stick in response and qe have receives our last order. Sprouted 2 durbins,2 granddaddy purps,2 extreme girlscouts I just picked them. So far 100% that I put in a paper towel I harvested. I love this place

Great product looking forward to grow

Used seeds from you folks in a family grow. This is my first attempt at indoor autoflower. Will update as she grows but little miss Durban Poison cracked her shell and began to send out root in one day following your video’s directions. She is safely tucked into her permanent home & I couldn’t be more pleased with her start. I’ve outdoor grown for years and NEVER had a seed sprout so quick

I have been using ILGM for a few years now, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences all around. Only had trouble with one auto flower strand, a few years back, was refunded immediately and without hassle. Have had success with all other strands (around 10 different strains). Very professional company, stand behind their product, and distributive absolutely fantastic product.
