I love working with your professional staff

I've ordered from you guys I believe two times now and I love the products that I get from you guys! Had an issue with a couple of seeds germinating but you guys are about your word you fixed it; which helps me feel more comfortable with your company I know that you guys are real! And you keep your word which is very important! So I give you five stars no complaints from me! I think it's cool because that way we don't lose anything if the seat don't germinate we actually get a replacement which puts us right back where we need to be so thank you for that! Mixed up seeds delivered

Seed from a couple orders ago got mixed up during shipping (caps came off seed tubes) There solution, offered 10 free seeds, I responded, how about i send back this mixed up mess, I want what I purchased, not a mixed up mess!

Depressed

After having no luck I watched your germination, video again and again and again so I took a glass small glass of water filled it with luke warm water And let the seeds germinate four seventy two hours as you see in the picture, 2 of them floated to the top, never could germinate, and the other one germinated, is on the bottom, so now I will put that one in the soil and hope for the best.

only one seed out of five ever germinated.

Only one seed out of the 5 seeds on my last order ever germinated. I am not a rookie grower & have been growing for about 10 years now. Sarah handled my case, and I eventually got her to send me some replacement seeds but it took over 3 weeks for the issue to be resolved. It really screwed up my grow schedule. (but that is my problem) ILGM has usually been great to deal with, and this is only the second time in 10 years that I got a batch of bad seeds. Just wish the replacement time was a bit quicker. Mostly good, Runtz seeds

3 seeds now haven't sprouted. I requested replacements, but still haven't goten approval. It's been over 2 weeks, and I tried to soak more, stick in dirt, but no sprouts. The previous grow was 100%. Please send me 3 more Runts feminized.

I’m disappointed in ILGM’s shipping practices !

I just received my order and the seeds arrived safely, but there was no packaging for the seeds at all. They were in vials, but they were just thrown in the brown envelope. The package arrived really beat up and the vials inside could have broken easily. The 4 vials could have at least have been put all together in one envelope as opposed just tossed in the package. I worked in shipping for many years and this would have never been acceptable under any circumstances. It’s the small things like this that reflect the professionalism of any business ! Also, the codes on your vials are very cryptic to the buyer. Some people just don’t have the ability to decipher warehouse stock codes and the simplicity of having the strains name on the vial is what they want. The majority of people categorize their seeds by the strains name. A tiny envelope containing the vial with the name on it would be satisfactory. A little Quality Control in the shipping dept. should take care of this minor issue, if anyone cares. That’s just my 2 cents worth !

Knowledgeable people and great prices

I just started ordering from them and my experience has been phenomenal. I got the Granddaddy Purps auto flower and it's some of the best money that I've ever spent. They arrived less than a week after I placed the order and the discreet packaging was excellent. They threw in a ten dollar coupon too. They sprouted within forty-eight hours and are looking gorgeous. I will definitely be having a green Xmas. ILGM is my go to for all of my grows now.

I feel like I got robbed in a dope deal

I bought 10 auto flower white widow seeds and only 1 germinated. 1 out of 10. That’s horrible. I know it’s probably your business practice to give refunds, but I don’t want any of your crappy seeds. Please refund my money and I will gladly share with others about your customer service. Send me more seeds and I will just continue telling everyone the truth about your product.

OKAY...STARTED WITH (5) TANGIES ,AND (5) GRANDDADDY PURPLE. READY? (2) TANGIES POPPED AT GERMINATION, ALONG WITH (2) GRANDDADDY PURPLES. I GOT THE SEEDS ON SATURDAY..... IT'S TUESDAY MORNING AND THE 2 TANGIES AND ONE OF THE PURPLES ARE ALREADY IN THE DIRT WITH LEAVES!! FASTEST SEEDS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! ESPECIALLY FOR AUTOS. NICE, NICE. Pretty good product

Unfortunately, out of roughly 30 seeds that I’ve purchased seven have actually grown to full-size plants. One which was very full, one I gave to a friend of mine and it was extremely full then several others were just average. I order all my fertilizers and products for mold, preventive, root, rot, preventive, and highest percentage of mine are not coming to full grown plants unfortunately but I like the product I like to support. I get an answer right away most of the times, but unfortunately it’s costly when I’m not coming back with Enough product to enjoy.

ILGM customer over four years now

I have had great success with the well bred seeds from ILGM. I prefer the auto flowering varieties. I grow inside and they are just so easy to grow. My latest grow was the Apple Fritter. My favorite so far. I absolutely love this strain. There have been many others I enjoyed growing but the Fritter gets so frosty and delicious terpene profiles. Smaller plant but packs a punch!
