Bad Customer service and bad seeds.
Bought two ten packs of Bruce Banner Autos, and only received 19 seeds but was willing to let that slide. Tried to germinate the seeds same as always (with a 24 hour soak as instructed by ILGM) and only 8 sprouted (with 2 of them being helmet headed) and the rest just sat until they rot. 9 days in and it is apparent none of the seeds from second pack sprouted, so I checked one and it is squishy and rotten. I contacted customer support and Aleksandra informed me that I must wait 5 more days for "seeds to reach their full potential" to file a claim. I Told her okay but that squishy and rotten seeds have very little potential, and that I would now have to buy replacement seeds elsewhere as my season isn't long enough to wait weeks.
"All righty, sounds perfect! With a smile, Aleksandra" her attitude made it clear ILGM is not a serious business, more of a joke or ****.
