I would highly recommend to my friends to buy from ILGM. I have had buying experiences with this company over the years , and ILGM has been honest and caring. Last week I placed an order on Monday. ILGM gave me a tracking number for my order. On Wednesday the order was tracked in the wrong area , like 2,000 miles away. I emailed ILGM that the shipping was weird. Before I knew it ILGM fixed the shipping route ,and with the same tracking number I noticed on Friday that my order had been on a correct route for a couple days. On Sunday my order was delivered to my ups box and on Monday I had my order in my hands. With a shipping hiccup, my order was delivered in 6 days total. Have been very happy with 1 exception. Ordered the Skunk seeds and out of 10 seeds only 2 came up. Very disappointing as on limited budget.

I clicked on a 42% off sale around that awesome holiday 420. During the shopping or shall I say after I selected what I wanted from the 42% off selection I was prompted that the discount would be applied at checkout. Well it wasn't. I paid full price. I will say I have always had great experiences with ilgm and I have purchased from them before each growing season for years. I would never consider going anywhere else due to the quality and success from each harvest.

As laws change in the US I tried a couple local providers and was terribly disappointed. Just ordered again from ILGM and my seeds are happy little germenators!! Sorry I left, but now I am back. Great Product and Support!!

I ordered after a long hiatus. Bought Granddaddy Purple, 2/1 offer. Had most germinate and timely received replacements for the few that refused to cooperate. All is well. THANK YOU.

policy for replacement of defective seeds is rather extreme. I don't use all the eeds for several months and don't keep receipts for that long. Its a shame you don't take long time customers word that they got a defective seed.

100% never not had one pop yet out of close to 200 seeds I'm good with that thanks again

I ordered seeds and fertilizer. I received the fertilizer and no seeds Yikes. The customer service rep was understanding and had more seeds shipped to me right away. They also followed up with emails and tracking numbers. I received my seeds and some free ones. No complaints here.

Seeds didn't open "sprout" in water or paper towels.

I have been with ilgm for many years now. I don't even bother looking around. It's like the old saying if it ain't broke don't fix it! That's kind of the way it is. For me anyways. I don't have any problems , I don't foresee any problems, and they stand by their product. Let's face it, lower prices would be great for us customers for sure! But there is a cost to doing business and having a good replacement policy. That is how I justify the cost. For me personally.

I believe that I lost approximately 5 seeds due to germination problems, so I brought it to the attention of ILGM, and they're sending me 10 seeds! You've got a return shopper!

I have tried a range of products from ILGM and been immensely satisfied with the results. One the single occasion the results were not optimal, customer service made sure the situation was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend ILGM.

I experienced a few seeds that didn't want to germinate for one reason or another, contacted Ilmg support, and within a few days recieved my replacement seeds at no extra cost to me...others would have made me purchase more, but Ilmg took the time to find out if it was something I could have changed to help, or simply stubborn seeds...I really like the hands on help I recieved, now I look forward to growing...I will be purchasing from them again and again!
