Excellent products, better customer service
Bought a Gemini sleeping bag for a winter trip to the far north. Unfortunately one of the cords that close up the neck snapped. Sleeping bag was more than warm enough without it, so no issues on the trip.
Contacted nomad, they told me that they unfortunately couldn’t fix it in Scandinavia, but that they’d be happy to get me sorted once I returned to the Netherlands.
I completely forgot about it until the summer was almost over, emailed them, and it was no issue. They remembered what the issue was, send me a shipping label so I could send the sleeping bag into the repair center, and got a message that the bag was fixed and on its way back to me after a complicated, but completely free repair.
Communication was a breeze, super friendly, and the customer service had all info they needed to help me out. The solution they provided was great, and I’m super happy.
I remember camping in the 30 year old nomad sleeping bags my parents bought way back, and I’m super glad that nomad is still that high quality / good service company they were then.
