Reasonable

3 dresses ordered separately. All arrived together which was great. Not sure if you are charging me 3 delivery charges??? Had to sew a button on the tunic dress. No real easy instructions re: returning as I order 3 dresses . Sending one back. Will check online as instructed. Don't think I would order again this way. Thanks Miriam

Very good

I was desperate when Cora Kemperman went out of business . I did not know where to find special clothes like hers. Then I discovered Elsewhere , I could not have been happier. I really love the style . I was so disappointed when I found the shop in Nijmegen closed. Is the showroom in Andelst open for ordinary customers??

Dure broek

Dure broek waarvan je mag verwachten dat het model er goed in blijft. Maar de broek loopt uit waardoor die bij de billen een zakkig effect heeft, dat vind ik niet mooi. Wel leuk motief! Verder ben ik wel fan van Elsewhere!

Alles is prima afgehandeld

Het kledingstuk werd snel geleverd maar was niet zoals ik ervan had verwacht. Maar het door mij betaalde bedrag werd heel snel terug betaald.

It was a dissapointing exsperience

The clothing was not the quality im used from elsewhere And the fit was weird in a bigger size Because of this i had to send the items back It costs 5 euro And payment back although said in 14 days on the website took about 5 days After it arrived at elsewhere I send it back emidiately so it could be sold again Also the send it back page on the website didnt work so i had to email to send it back I was hoping for a quicker refund Im not buying from the website again To much hassle

Great website and clothes but inconsistent communication

I live in the UK and love Elsewhere clothes. Unfortunately however, since Brexit, UK customers need to take into account the high import taxes when ordering from pre Brexit European companies now. I therefore paid a lot more for my items than expected. Not Elsewhere's fault I know but when I had to return an item, email communication was inconsistent and it took a long time to be refunded as my item was held up at customs for clearance.
