I orderd my product on MONDAY. I was expecting it coming to me the next as they promised on the website. (And I live in NRW which is the state where the 2 stores of Coolblue locates.) Today is FRIDAY and nothing comes to me, no information provided as well. Which makes me more angry is, on their website , in the section"my oder", there's no tracking info, no link, no nothing, and it just looks like this order is done successfully. I contacted their service hotline today, and the staff told me there's nothing he can do until tommorow - He asked me to reorder it tommorow. How rediculous the answer is?? I have been waiting for 1 week and no help got from Coolblut but being asked to reorder tommorow - for another weeks' waiting?? This rate is 1 star because the lowest option is 1, otherwise I will give Coolblue and that staff a 0.
