Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your package and that you're disappointed with our service. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
We’d like to clarify that while you mentioned having contacted us several times, our records show that we’ve only had one conversation with you. During that conversation, we provided you with the DPD delivery proof and asked you to verify it. We completely understand that this situation is frustrating, especially if you have still not been able to locate your package.
If checking with your neighbors or other possible delivery locations hasn’t resolved the issue, please let us know. We will then send you a legally binding declaration of non-receipt. This will allow us to file a claim with the courier and, if necessary, resend your order.
We hope you understand that, like you, we aim to avoid losses resulting from courier errors. Our goal is always to find the most suitable solution for all parties involved, but please know that we have a legally binding obligation to provide you with the goods you paid us for. We are just asking for your patience and assist in the investigation.
