Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent purchase. We're glad to hear that you are pleased with the product itself, but we also understand your disappointment regarding the missing accessories.
We would like to clarify that the absence of these accessories, such as the spoon and valve gaskets, is a decision made by the brand. Unfortunately, they have stopped including these (which were indeed very basic, plastic accessories) some time ago. Despite our repeated requests, they have yet to update the packaging which still mistakenly lists these items as included. This has led to understandable confusion and disappointment among our customers, for which we sincerely apologize.
Your previous order from the UK likely contained these accessories because it was from an earlier batch when they were still included. Please be assured that it was not our decision at Kenners to remove these items from the package; this change was implemented by Instant Brands themselves and they failed to inform us before we ordered a sustantial amount of product from them that no longer included the accessories. We only found out afterwards and we have included a notification of this on the webshop page of the product.
We hope this information provides some clarity on the situation. Given this context, we would greatly appreciate if you could consider revising your review. It's important to us that our customers have accurate information and we regret any misunderstanding that has occurred.
