Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the shipping costs associated with your orders. We understand that international shipping can seem expensive, and we want to assure you that we only charge the actual cost of shipping to Estonia without any additional markup.
Shipping internationally, particularly from The Netherlands to Estonia, incurs significant courier expenses due to the distance and logistics involved. While we strive to provide the best possible service, certain costs are simply beyond our control. We do empathize with your situation and the decision to use a local intermediary to reduce these costs. Please understand that your intermediary likely specializes in these transports and is able to get better rates form transporters due to volume. We simply don't ship that much to Estonia and have to rely on the transports we typically use for closer / neigboring countries.
Regarding discount codes, we do run promotions regularly, but these are subject to timing and product availability. It is unfortunate that there was no active promotion for the products you were interested in at the time of your purchase. Our pricing policy is to offer fair and transparent pricing year-round, rather than artificially inflating prices to provide perpetual discounts.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding of our position. It is important for us that our customers feel they are receiving value, not just in the products they purchase, but also in the service they receive.
