Awful experience - awful customer service
On 03.12.2024, I made a purchase from Whole Aromas with the intention of receiving it during my stay at a hotel in Spain, as I reside in Brazil.
Upon my arrival at the hotel, the receptionist handed me the package containing the products. Unfortunately, the box emitted a strong odor, indicating that the products had leaked. This situation was both uncomfortable and embarrassing, as it was certainly not my intention for a shipment delivered to the hotel to have such a pronounced scent.
Once I reached my room, I opened the package only to discover that all the bottles had leaked, at least partially. This was evident from the wet and stained labels, which clearly showed product leakage. Additionally, when I submerged the bottles in water in the hotel bathroom sink, they all released bubbles, further confirming a severe sealing defect causing leakage.
I have reached out to the supplier multiple times via email, providing photographic and video evidence of the product's significant defects. Regrettably, upon my return to Brazil, I was forced to discard all the bottles, as their leakage posed a risk of damaging items in my luggage. Despite having sent compelling evidence of the leaks and the impracticality of using the products (photo and video), I have yet to receive confirmation from the supplier regarding a refund. A refund is warranted given the critical manufacturing and packaging flaws that rendered the products unusable.
Therefore, I request the refund of the purchase amount to my credit card without delay.
