Insgesamt schon 10 Sorten bestellt. Alle Samen waren einwandfrei und waren von bester Qualität. Lediglich bei einer Sorte ist es passiert das es bei 3/3 zu keiner Keimung gekommen ist. Habe den Fall dann dem Support beschrieben und eine schnelle und äußerst zufriedenstellende Lösung dagür bekommen. Immer wieder gern und jeder Zeit wieder! Große Auswahl an Produkten, super Service und faire Preise. ACC ist und bleibt die Beste Wahl

Ich bin mit dem Service zufrieden

Die Samen kamen pünktlich an, wunderschön verpackt, jeder Samen in einer separaten Kapsel. Wenn sie keimen und eine Ernte bringen, werde ich meine Erfahrung beschreiben. Das Einzige, was mich enttäuscht hat, war, dass der Geschenksamen nicht gekeimt ist.

Everything was excellent

Will do business with again!

I placed an order and when I receive my shipment, the package was damaged. Unfortunately, when I opened the envelope, the contents was indeed smashed. I immediately contacted customer service and they very quick to respond. I sent pictures of the items and original packaging and they sent me replacements within two days. Within six days they arrived in great and perfect condition. I have done business with this company prior to this situation and I was very happy with the plants that I grew from the seeds I purchased. They were more beautiful than I could’ve ever expected.
