I discussed my requirements with someone who was very helpful without being pushy. Very easy to find the product I was after.

We have been using Septic Tank products for a few years and it has never failed to do the job - one scoop per person in the household per week - and you transmute human waste to perfectly acceptable grey water. Easy to use. My one small gripe is the change in packaging - the old tube tubs were ideal to store and dispense from.

We have a 5000 litre underground rainwater tank in our garden. Generally, the water from it is clean and odour free. But in warm, dry conditions it can end up a bit dirty and smelly. That’s a problem because we use it to flush the toilets in the house. We use Bio-Recup LQD - Rainwater Tank Treatment and it definitely works. We have had to use 3 bottles so far this year so it is expensive but worth it.
