First time was not successful, now trying the 2-nd time.

I ordered from Estonia, Tallinn for my grandson in NL, Delft.
For some reason, entering the Delivery Address was not easy. The web store kept asking "Zip code" and "Place" again and again (though I provided everything). Sometimes it was not possible to select the Country. But I tried again and again. Both from the smartphone and from my laptop. As the result, my first order was denied "because of the wrong address". (The NL address was correct, but additionally it contained information from my Estonia billing address...)
The customer support answered "It was all totally automatic" and "cannot manually send to correct NL address".
Well, IF tomorrow my second order is delivered, THEN everything is OK. But I suggest your web store needs some more testing. I used many attempts to register and enter correct addresses.
Also: between the 1-st and the 2-nd order, my item got "out of stock", but - magically - there was _another identical_ item, which I ordered. So, I guess, your warehousing also maybe needs some testing and cleaning...
Also: I received TWO emails asking to give my feedback and ONE link is not working, while the SECOND is working. This is an indication something might be not quite well with your system and requires checking.
