Hi Mary, Thank you for reaching out. I had a look at your order and saw that you purchased the Cardiac Science G3 batteries. With those batteries, the date that you see on them is the fabrication date, but the battery are good for circa 4 years from the installation date. Therefore, if the date on the batteries is 2023, this means that they were indeed fabricated in 2023, but the expiry period is to be calculated from the moment that you insert the battery in the device. Normally very good very fast etc

This time the batteries are already 1 year old. Normally they are manufactured the year I buy them but they are already 1 year old so will expire in 3 years (instead of 4) Will I be compensated for the short expiry date?
