Professional with Good Communication

We had a requirement to undertake an annual service on our defib. The Medisol team communicated very well with step by step update emails being sent through in advance in regards the delivery of the service as to avoid delays or confusion.

easy to order but delay in receiving order

In general a good experience, easy to order and navigate website however for critical equipment delay in delivery was to long. I appreciate this may be supply chain issue but such items should be marked out of stock. I ended up sourcing my item with another supplier while waiting for my order.

A little disappointed

I had originally contacted your company on 1st of September 2022 to organize the collection of AED for service and it was eventually done 9/10/22 . There was emails back and forth and IT issues that contributed to the delay which overall I was disappointed

Easy ordering and seamless delivery to our door

Once we learned Medisol' s methods, it has been very easy to do business with Medisol. Some 46 purchase orders placed since 1st January 2022 with 63 since we started doing business on the 28th July 2021. Given the difficulties with the supply of some defibrillator parts by manufacturers, it is great to have Medisol as a supplier.
