I live in Australia, my first 2 orders I received went great. They were on time with good seads so i got excited and ordered 3 more, they have all gone missing. $650 down the drain. I contacted WSE and they are sending me 1 replacement only which I'm grateful and still waiting for thanks. It does take a little sting out of it I guess. I had a friend that had his parcel picked up from customs and he received a letter from them giving him a warning. I guess I'm expecting 3 letters lol. They can't just disappear it has to be customs. If I don't receive a letter then something is fishy but I think WSE are honest and genuine, with top quality seads.

I made a mistake and Quint fixed it! Absolutely the best customer service of any supplier! I'm a customer for life!

At first I didn't receive the seeds that were sent. Think that was the PO's fault, so Weedseed graciously sent them again. However, I soaked them, then planted 4 of the 6 white widow regular seeds, just like I did with another suppliers seeds. NONE of the Weedseed seeds germinated, but 18 of the 20 seeds from another supplier DID germinate and are growing. They were all treated the same. Has to be the seeds, right? I don't know why....maybe they got too hot or something. I won't buy from them again. I gave them 1.5 stars b/c at least they resent them when I didn't get them the first time.

Where other companies let me down weedseedexpress.com helped me out I can't thank them enough excellent work

I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I find as a customer now a days, it's not just about the product but also the company thats behind it. We as customers are becoming more nimble on whom we want to do business with and rightfully so. It's more than just the product, it's about the entire experience and that is what WeedSeedExpress is all about based on their positive and professional actions thus far. Both times dealing with customer service, one being a shopping cart issue (out of their control) and another being an adjustment issue, which was on my end really, both times were met with outstanding service. I mean a change of reality then what is currently on display with other companies. There is no question with how I was treated that I'll forever be a lifelong customer of WeedSeedExpress.

Once again WSX proves they are the best. Out of 6 lots, I've had two lots of seed "go missing" in this country of mine and on both. Not ever the fault of WSX but on each occasion they've provided very prompt replacement with excellent communications. Both replacements sets arrived very quickly. I wouldn't use anyone else. best experience with this company i ordered a three pack and waited months and forgot, eventually i remembered and i contacted support and to my surprise they gave me a full free refund since my order was lost!!!! i was so happy, all i was expecting was a “your order has been lost sorry” but i received the seeds and i can’t wait to order again now
