First time ever I didn't receive my order weedseed came to my rescue and sent me a replacement free of charge can't thank enough - green granny

the first order was a bit of a prob but after taking to customer service all was sorted and they re shipped my order that same day. The seeds arrived and i have germed six out of six so no problems there, i recomend weedseedsexpress and will be using these guys again

This is my first shot at autos, I generally grow photoperiods. The seeds showed up faster than a lot of other seed banks. The packaging was almost too ambiguous, no names on the individual packs of seeds , just what I’m assuming is their instore product coding. I could see this being problematic if you ordered some seeds that were similar in name since the codes only had the first letter of the names. Either way, beyond that I have absolutely no reason to do anything but praise these guys/gals. All seeds that I tried, germinated and are now just a day or two from harvest. The plants look great, the buds are large and a little training to open up the branches a little brought lots of them. They look and smell great, I wish I could add some pics. Definitely recommend.

Well I hope the other 4 seed pack do better. I will be contacting the company for replacement seeds.

Had a problem with the first delivery But I will add it’s not the company’s fault at all it was a delivery fault in the uk, the parcel is still at Heathrow from November and I still haven’t received 1st parcel The Company resent as soon as we knew the problem and the second parcel received promptly Cannot recommend enough ☺️

Very efficient and easy to order. Received my order on time and discreetly via USPS. So far, great experience but we'll see after harvest. 3 issues. First, too many emails confirming minor details. Second, if you stop in the middle of ordering an item you will be hounded with emails trying to get you to complete the order. Third, I wanted to change the ship to name but could not. This required reaching out to customer service, etc. The name was eventually changed and the order arrived with the change in place, thank you! I recommend!

I’ve made several orders with these guys and they have been great! Near 100% germination rate and every order has made it to me! I’ve had 2 orders which we’re swiftly replaced because of customs! Shanna has been great in responding to my emails and I thank her greatly for that! They got me as a customer for life!

I’ve had a order stopped by customs which was swiftly reshipped and a batch that didn’t germinate which was also replaced! Had nothing but great customer service from shanna which I thank greatly! Ordered seeds , tracked to Australia then disappeared . Order was resent and arrived in good condition. Have always had 100 per cent germinatioin from previous orders. Great company to deal with and packaging is first class, Adios, Earthrod.
