I am sorry to learn that you still haven't received your package. However, I could not find any mail or contact from you to our customer service department about this. Following this bad review, I went looking for your package. You ordered the 21/01 and we shipped your order the next day on 22/01. Afterwards, it is up to transport company to deliver your package on time. However, it still seems to be in transit. As we have no control over the delivery, please contact our customer service via [email protected] so that they are aware of this and can help you. We are very sad that RAD receives 1 star for this.
