Hit and miss generally good , yet refuse to accept fault when products are contaminated

I am extremely impressed with my experience with Zamnesia. From placing my order through to delivery, the entire process was seamless and professional. I purchased a grow kit along with several accessories, including a heating mat, purified water and a misting bottle. Everything arrived very well packaged and exactly as expected. The quality of the products is excellent and, considering everything supplied, I feel they represent very good value for money. What particularly impressed me was the service. Communication was excellent throughout—friendly, professional and helpful—and delivery was incredibly fast. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely seems to care about its customers even after the sale, and the after-sales support has been equally impressive. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Excellent products, great value, fantastic customer service and remarkably quick delivery. A very well-deserved 5 stars from me. I would happily purchase from Zamnesia again and highly recommend them.

3x falsche Adresse geschickt worden, habe extra Zamnesia Team kontaktiert , Sie haben wieder mir Paket wieder geschickt aber wieder falsche Adresse, habe extra bei Paket Firma angerufen, aber die haben mir gesagt das die Zusteller die Adresse angeben muss, das war sehr nervig , warum kriegt ihr nicht richtig Adresse zu schicken?

Discreet package, good quality, fast delivery, but 2 seeds on 5 didn't grow

To prawda, że dyskretna wysyłka była szybko zrealizowana i dostarczona. Natomiast po rozmakowaniu grow kitu, oprócz jakiejś ulotki namawiającej do kolejnego zakupu nie znalazłem żadnej instrukcji ani odnośnika do niej. Nie ukrywajmy - nie każdy musi mieć doświadczenie w uprawie grzybów, tym bardziej, że nie jest to łatwy i oczywisty proces. Instrukcje wyszukałem w internecie, zamoczyłem growkit na noc a nastepnie korzystając z załączonej folii chciałem szczelnie zamonąć. I tu kolejna negatywna niespodzianka bo folia przemakała. Cala woda wlana do folii postawionej na biurku zalała mi biurko i obecne wokół dokumenty. Nie wiem czy tak mialo być, bo folia jest perforowana - instrukcja powinna wytlumaczyc co z tym zrobic. Ogolnie doswiadczenie „kolekcjonera” średnie/kiepskie. Zobaczymy jaki bedzie efekt growkitu.

Lovely side-quest growing these! From opening the box to harvest was 9 days! 300g first harvest, currently cold shocking for next attempt but whatever happens it was a really lovely project! Great service, great product! Currently ordering next side-quest! Can’t wait!

..Have to say that we (me and my gf) got an experience with recreational use of pretty good indica stuff but this - is a whole new level. It was our first time and it was just amazing. We had Fantasia and we had Atlantis. We did split the 15g for 7.5g each. Fantasia was pure fun, joy of being, amazing body high effect, no visuals. Perfect choice for the first time (for us). Atlantis was definetely stronger, deeper, heavier, little bit more introspective and - we definitely saw the colors were brighter yet still not any wild visuals. So far so good, we are pretty happy with Zamnesia and we are ordering again. Well packed, working, what else. Thank you for fun :)

Back in the day when I ordered from Zamnesia I’d get stickers and stuff like plastic grinders along with my orders now it’s only what’s ordered thrown in a box and shipped. You leave me wanting some merch, and your truffle situation is regrettable. Old time costumer coming back for papers
