Jako první zkušenost by byla velmi dobrá,ale mrzí mě že některé artikly už nejsou k dispozici přesto výber adekvátní a každý by mohl najít něco podle potřeby,ale ohledně mě ukáže čas moje přetrvávající nadšení a funkčnost předmětů co jsem koupil nic méně se pro příště těším na další návštěvu děkuji.

Ich habe vor 1 Monat eine Bestellung aufgegeben und sofort bezahlt. Bis heute, den 17.04, ist nicht angekommen und eine Versandbenachrichtigung habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Der Kundenservice ist keine Hilfe, weil keine Kommunikation zustande kommt bzw. Niemand sich meldet.

I stumbled across this company by accident and now I have been a loyal customer for 2 years, ordering products every month and getting exactly what I needed. Ik ben al jaren klant bij Zamnesia. Geregeld moet ik wel tot een maand wachten op mijn bestellingen. Soms ontbreekt er een product, die sturen ze daarna wel op, in ruil voor een review... De paddo kits, leveren vaak veel minder op dan geadverteerd. Ook al heb je de perfecte setting. Hun loyaliteit programma is top. Vaak krijg ik geschenken en voordelen. Op zich, een heel goed en degelijk assortiment. Maar waarom moet ik een godsnaam toch zolang wachten op mijn bestellingen!!

Made a good order of items in stock. It took over 2 weeks for Zamnesia to even ship out my parcel and now I've to wait on shipping. Ive no idea why it took that long to ship my parcel. I wouldn't use the site unless you want to wait a few weeks. It's sad, as the site and products are good. Just a poor service

Hard to rate just now as still growing but looks like it will be a good flush. Had to wrap in tinfoil to stop growing from below and base. Started pinning around a week and a half to go and still small pins. Definitely grows a lot slower than other strains but good things come to those who wait so looking forward to trying.

3 orders this year and previously a loyal customer. Discount codes will not enter on the order form. Vouchers for free seeds won't enter on the order form. Customer support doesn't listen or respond in any meaningful way. (they offer discounts on the next order - but that means spending more and no guarantee the discount holds) So this year I lost out on advertised discounts and free seeds. On the plus side, they have a very wide selection and delivery is prompt. Thanks but I'll find another supplier after this experience.

Ordered also on the 31/03, it's now the 15/04 and still nothing, the order is ''in preparation'' ... They don't reply to my mail. No news, nothing..... Im a customer since 2014... Even if it'sthe first time i have an issue with them, i'm really disappointed
