It's over 10 years that I've been a customer and their quality products always arrived fast and in good condition. The couple of times I did have a problem, the friendly service team quickly sorted things out. Zamnesia is always my first port of call for good advice and ideas.

I have never received order on time sometimes it was just a few days late, but decently the order was suposed to be ddlivered balf a month ago and there is still no updated on when it will be delivered!

I've been buying bits and pieces from Zamnesia for a few years and there are good deals to be had and the service has always been top class. Would definitely buy from these guys again!

I was so excited to find this company because it carried the strains that I wanted. I am not new to growing however this year is going to be a bad one. I’ve got three plants and only two are somewhat healthy. I cannot get in contact with the help center in regards to this situation so I’m posting this on a review. I chose to buy from zamnesia because their prices were good. Now I am moving on to a different source because I’m running out of time for this year’s grow. I ordered 15 seeds; only seven germinated then three grew. One of the three is not going to make it.

I've been a long time customer with zamnezia but it's the first time I experience something like that. Six of us took the magic mushrooms atlantis and all of us vomited less than ten minutes after... We all are used to take that kind of truffle, idk if it's a new kind or maybe just a bad batch but it was very bad. I don't know if you had some other similar reviews on that kind of truffle lately. Let me know. I still recommend zamnesia for their products and the costumer services. Thank you

pierwszy i ostatni mój zakup u was , totalne lekceważenie klienta, dwa dni po zakupie zero reakcji kiedy wysłałem zapytanie , dwa dni po zakupie wskoczył status paczki gotowa do wysłania , dziś jest 27 a paczka nadal nie została nadana ...dla mnie porażka

the time of delivery was as expexted by the distributor, short. And the very nice packaging was intact whem I picked it.

My order arrived late few weeks, missing one item. Grow kits were both contaminated and mouldy and I haven't been able to harvest anything. I don't know what has changed but something is definitely not right this year, package took too long, products were wasted completely. No answer for over a week now, even tho I've send multiple emails already. Probably will have to change to Growbarato or another online retailer.

In general your product, delivery and service are nice, just one thing I don’t quite understand, the grinder I bought seems to be not a new one at all, there are some scratches on the glass, makes it look foggy.
