the time of delivery was as expexted by the distributor, short. And the very nice packaging was intact whem I picked it.

My order arrived late few weeks, missing one item. Grow kits were both contaminated and mouldy and I haven't been able to harvest anything. I don't know what has changed but something is definitely not right this year, package took too long, products were wasted completely. No answer for over a week now, even tho I've send multiple emails already. Probably will have to change to Growbarato or another online retailer.

In general your product, delivery and service are nice, just one thing I don’t quite understand, the grinder I bought seems to be not a new one at all, there are some scratches on the glass, makes it look foggy.
