Slow but excelente customer service.

Over all a good experience. I hade an issue and contested Zamnezias customer service. They seam to have to much to do. But when I finally got an answer they really stepped up and I got some of the best service in a long time. ❤️

Bad service

Completely bad service. Order placed last Thursday, received payment confirmation on Friday, package still hasn't been shipped. Shipping took 5 days on top of that. I've rarely experienced such bad service as you.

Love the packs.
